The most exciting new bottleshop and deli experience is now on offer in Katoomba. located in the old power station, Carrington Cellars interior is industrial revolution meets Grand Designs. 
Shoppers can spend hours checking out the imported deli items, rows of boutique local and foreign wines or admire the carefully restored power station building. 

The Carrington Cellars have a dedicated area for  "Wines of the West" and stock more than 200 wines from the Central West region.

The knowledgeable staff can assist you with wine selection.
